BAR MITZVAH & BAT MITZVAH
Rental of the barn to celebrate a Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah is $2500 for up to 250 people.
This rental rate includes decorating and/or rehearsal time for up to 3 hours at no additional charge. Decorating and/or rehearsals may be scheduled the day before your party if the barn has not been reserved for another event. If the barn is unavailable the day before, then you may schedule decorating and/or rehearsals the morning of your event.
Event rental package includes:
- 4 Hours of Event Venue Rental
- 3 Hours of Decorating and/or Rehearsal Time
- Additional Event Rental Hours at the Rate of $350 Per Hour
- DJ’s must provide own sound system
- Use of the Grounds
- Picnic Tables with red and white checked table cloths
Additional Options Include:
- Additional Event Rental Hours at the rate of $350 per hour
- Additional Decorating and/or Rehearsal Time at the rate of $100 per hour
- Additional Bartenders and/or Servers at the rate of $125 each for four (4)hours and $25 per additional hour per staff person
- Hayrides
- Catering Services
- Additional Rental Services such as Tables, Chairs and Linens
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
A $1000 deposit is required for all BAR MITZVAH & BAT MITZVAH EVENTS. Deposits are considered non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel a party and we are able to fill your date with another booking, then we will refund your deposit. Final payment is due on the date of your event by check or cash.
