Peak Fitness takes a whole body, organic approach to health. Emphasis is placed on functional movement, strength training, flexibility, balance and core strength. Our clients come from every level of fitness, from no prior experience to professional athletes.

THE STUDIO
Training sessions are held at our newly built studio in Stuart, Florida (Harbour Bay Plaza Across From Benihana). It is a small but fully equipped facility with a private dressing room, shower and new equipment.
No crowds, no waiting, no distractions and no contracts!
Beth Hanna
Beth Hanna is the founder of Peak Fitness, a private personal training program in Stuart, Florida, that caters to all fitness levels and needs. She has trained both professional and amateur athletes, including golfers, marathoners, tennis players, triathletes and swimmers.
Beth is a certified Titleist Performance Institute Golf Fitness Instructor, Certified Flexibility Coach and an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer. She has been certified through Madd Dogg Athletics to teach Spin and is a Cycle Instructor. She has also completed the Fitness Nutrition Specialist Certification (CFNS) designed to help assist her students in choosing foods and portion sizes to lose weight, train competitively or maintain a healthy weight.
Beth also has a Certification in TRX Suspension Group Training. This training works the CORE muscles with every exercise and is a great tool to use for golfers, tennis players, baseball players, swimmers and runners.

In addition to being a Certified Personal Trainer, Beth has a Bachelor's Degree in Health Education and Biology. What she's most proud of is her completion of The Titleist Performance Institute Program with a Certification as a Golf Fitness Instructor. This training has given her the skills and knowledge needed to design a program specific to the game of golf. It will address muscular imbalances through corrective functional exercises. Will also improve balance, mobility, and stability specific to the sport. These programs produce increased rotation, power, distance and flexibility. This also decreases risk of any future injuries. These programs also apply to tennis and baseball.
Peak Fitness is a private personal training studio that offers unique personalized one on one and small group training programs in our Stuart facility. Our non-intimidating atmosphere is designed to allow for a more concentrated workout without the usual distractions of a traditional, larger "membership" gym. For the past ten years, Beth has been improving the lives of many dedicated Florida residents. Her skills, assessments and coaching techniques will be effective while making the workouts challenging and different each time.

Cathleen
Cathleen 'Cat' is a lover of adventure, she enjoys outdoor sports and working with all types of people. Cat participates in multiple athletic events. Some of Cat's favorite events include mudding & relays. She is an avid runner and loves to participate in group fitness activiities. She is experienced in post rehab exercise and has experienced the personal pain of shoulder surgery this past year. Full of empathy and professionalism , Cat will do what it takes to help you overcome and reach your fitness goals.

Amy Branden
Amy spent the first part of her career in the corporate world, but always enjoyed working out and competing in athletic competitions. After leaving the cooperate world Amy dedicated her time to health and fitness.
Amy has a five year old son that was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis when he was 2 weeks old. This changed her life and has given her the desire and passion to do all she can to help find a cure. She is on the cystic fibrosis advisory board of the 'Palm Beach Chapter'. She is her son's biggest fan and dedicates her time, talents and money to help the CF foundation.

More about Amy
Amy uses her passion for fitness as an avenue to raise funds for the CFF and many other non profit organizations in search for a cure for diseases. Funds from events go to help assist those in need & to fund medical research.

Robin
Robin‘s passion is to help others obtain their best health and fitness goals. Having worked in physical therapy and experiencing first hand the challenges and setbacks that age, injury and desease can cause, she has committed her life to help others avoid the unnecesary accidents and injuries that can occur from a lack of exercise and education, and to those with special needs.
