GOLF FITNESS

Peak Fitness offers personalized one-on-one GOLF SPECIFIC training in our Stuart facility. We have cutting edge equipment specific to golf training.

-Each session lasts 60 minutes.
-5 minutes of Functional Warm-up
-45 minutes of Golf Specific Exercises
-10 minutes of Trainer Assisted Stretching to enhance flexibility.

These are small group and partner training programs specific to golf. This may be an opportunity to share the costs of training with your friends or other golfers while still getting personalized attention.

TPI Certified

Beth is a graduate of The Titleist Performance Institute with a Certification as a Golf Fitness Instructor. This training has given her the skills and knowledge needed to design a program specific to the game of golf. She has trained both the professional and amateur golfer. Regardless of the level of play, each training session is personalized with a 12 Point Golf Fitness Evaluation based on TPI guidelines that is done prior to designing the exercise program. This is where we learn what element of the golfer’s body and swing we need to focus on and improve.

Through corrective exercises, Beth helps:

-correct muscular imbalances
-improve balance
-improve mobility
-enhance posture
-increase stability
-increase rotation
-increase power
-increase distance
-improve flexibility
-decrease risk of future injuries.
